A: Depending on the environment in which it is installed, and how you take care of it, your neon sign
will last several decades or more.
The transformers will typically last 10-15 years, depending on electrical surges and the consistency
of your power supply. Please contact us if you need a replacement transformer.
Q: How much does it cost to operate a neon sign?
A: While bright and attention-getting, neon signs use about the same amount of electricity
as a standard light bulb. If left on 24 hours a day, the average cost to operate a neon sign is about
20 cents a day.
Q: Does my neon sign come with the necessary hanging hardware and power supply?
A: Yes, all neon signs will come with a built-in transformer and an electrical cord that plugs
into a standard outlet.
Our hanging signs come equipped with metal chains with hooks suitable for hanging from any sturdy fastener.
Wall-mounted signs are shipped with the appropriate stand-offs you'll need to securely mount your
new sign to the wall.

Q: Does my neon sign come with a warranty?
A: Yes, custom neon signs come with a 2 year warranty manufacturer's warranty against defects
and a 1 year warranty on the transformer.
Q: Can my neon sign flash on and off if I want it to? Does it cost more?
A: Our custom neon signs come standard without flashing capabilities.
During the design process, you will be asked if you would like any, or part, of your sign to flash.
Q: How long does it take to get my neon sign after I order it?
A: All of our signs are built-to-order.
Depending on the season and order volume, the build time of our neon signs is currently 4 weeks.
Once they're built, the shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on your geographic distance from us.
Q: Can I put a rush on my sign if I want it sooner?
A: Yes, a rush build can be applied to your sign for an additional fee.

Q: What if my sign arrives damaged?
A: Despite the care and attention we give to packaging and ensuring the safe arrival of your sign,
our products are mode of glass and are sometimes damaged during shipping.
In the rare event that your sign arrives broken, please contact us immediately so we can determine
the best course of action to get your sign up and running ASAP.
We will ship you replacement glass which can easily be installed or can refund the order if there is extensive damage
using our No Hassle Return Policy.
